Private Institution Center for Adult Education “Hartmann und Mayer” Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on the consent for the work of the Department of Education, number of Decision: 37/001162/18 of 11.9.2020 on meeting the conditions for establishing an adult education organizer issued by the Department for Education – Government of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and registered in the Register of Adult Education Organizers under ordinal number: 01, conducts the following adult education programs:

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ENROLLMENT

I. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ENROLLMENT

A person over the age of 17, who has psychophysical conditions for mastering the educational program and completed at least primary school for programs for acquiring secondary education, if previously completed some secondary education for requalification programs, can be enrolled in secondary education programs.

Candidates for the title of master craftsman should have a diploma of the acquired profession of skilled workers and at least two years of practice in the profession.

A person over the age of 15, who has psychophysical conditions for mastering the primary educational program, can be enrolled in the adult primary education program.

II NAME OF THE PUBLIC DOCUMENT ISSUED AND THE TITLE ACQUIRED AFTER THE END OF THE PROGRAM

Upon completion of the three-year program (III degree) for the acquisition of secondary vocational education and the requalification program for occupations, a diploma of completed secondary vocational school for the relevant occupation is obtained.

Upon completion of the four-year program (IV degree) for the acquisition of secondary education and the requalification program for professional titles, a diploma of completed high school for the appropriate professional title is obtained.

Upon completion of the program for acquiring the title of craftsman (V degree), a diploma of passing the craftsman's exam for the appropriate profession is obtained.

The Center issues a certificate of completed grades from the first to the eighth grade, and after the completion of the ninth grade, a certificate of completed primary adult education is issued.

III. AMOUNT OF TUITION FEES PER STUDENT

Taking into account the validity of acquired knowledge and diplomas and the harmonization of prices for students, we are the most competitive in the region.

The amount of costs for the education of students is determined by the Price List of the P.I. Center for Adult Education "Hartmann & Mayer” Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a socially responsible institution, individual contracts for deferred payment are also possible, and all current students of the foreign language school, as well as all future students, are entitled to special benefits for payment.

Upon enrollment, the student signs an adult education contract that is valid until the completion of program

The price of educating for a certain profession is determined for each candidate individually, depending on Your level of education, and it needs to be calculated according to your class certificates (if You have them).

This means that after reviewing Your current school certificates, if You have any, we can immediately determine the amount of tuition, so the process of calculating the price is very simple.

IV. LIST OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION FOR ENROLLMENT OF STUDENTS

During enrollment, students are required to submit:

Diploma of completed secondary school;
Certificates of completed secondary school grades
Certificate of completed primary education / only for students who have not completed high school;
Birth certificate
Photocopy of ID card;
Photocopy of driver's license (only for drivers of motor vehicles).
