The Adult Education Center “Hartmann & Mayer” Brčko District BiH is an educational institution established in accordance with the Law on Adult Education of the Brčko District of BiH. The Center is licensed and accredited for the education of persons older than 17 years (secondary education), or 15 years (primary education). The curriculum is adapted to the needs and capabilities of employed persons. Classes are organized in specially adapted classrooms, through correspondence-consultative teaching and an interactive lecturer-learner relationship. Professional practice is provided in institutions and companies qualified to perform practical training, and at the request of the Center's learners, they can also arrange their own professional practice in other institutions and companies. The Adult Education Center “Hartmann & Mayer” offers its learners the following educational programs:

ACQUISITION OF SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION Intended for candidates who have completed only primary school, or have started but interrupted their schooling in any other school, and can prove this with certificates of completed grades.

REQUALIFICATION Intended for candidates who have completed secondary school (level III or IV) and wish to requalify for another profession through the requalification program.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION is intended for candidates who have completed the 3rd degree of secondary vocational education and wish to qualify for the 4th degree of secondary vocational education within the same profession.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING is organized within the framework of non-formal education in the form of courses, training, professional development, and improvement in work processes.
