EDUCATION PROGRAMS
The private institution Adult Education Center "Hartmann und Mayer" Brčko District BiH, based on the consent for work of the relevant Department of Education, Decision number: 37/001162/18 dated 11.09.2020 on meeting the conditions for the establishment of an adult education organizer issued by the Department of Education - Government of Brčko District BiH, and registered in the Register of Adult Education Organizers under serial number: 01, conducts the following adult education programs:
GENERAL AND SPECIAL ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
I. GENERAL AND SPECIAL ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Persons over 17 years of age who meet the psychophysical conditions for mastering the educational program, have completed at least primary school for programs leading to secondary vocational education, or have previously completed secondary vocational education for retraining programs, may enroll in secondary education programs.
Candidates for acquiring the master craftsman title must hold a diploma in a skilled worker (KV) occupation and have at least two years of professional experience in the field.
Persons over 15 years of age who meet the psychophysical conditions for mastering the primary education program may enroll in the primary education program for adults.
II. NAME OF THE PUBLIC DOCUMENT ISSUED AND THE TITLE ACQUIRED UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM
Upon completion of a three-year program (Level III) for acquiring secondary vocational education and retraining programs for occupations, a diploma of completed secondary vocational school for the corresponding occupation is awarded.
Upon completion of a four-year program (Level IV) for acquiring secondary vocational education and retraining programs for professional titles, a diploma of completed secondary school for the corresponding professional title is awarded.
Upon completion of the program for acquiring the master craftsman title (Level V), a diploma for the passed master craftsman exam for the corresponding occupation is awarded.
From the first to the eighth grade, the Center issues a certificate of completed grades to participants, and after completing the ninth grade, a certificate of completed primary adult education is issued.
III. TUITION FEES PER PARTICIPANT
We are the most competitive in the region, taking into account the validity of the acquired knowledge and diplomas, as well as the alignment of prices for participants.
The amount of education costs for participants is determined by the Price List of the P.U. Adult Education Center “Hartmann & Mayer” Brčko District BiH. As a socially responsible institution, individual payment arrangements with deferral are possible, and all current foreign language school participants, as well as all future participants, are entitled to special payment benefits.
Upon enrollment, the participant signs an adult education contract that remains valid until the completion of their schooling.
The price for qualifying for a specific occupation is determined for each candidate individually, depending on your level of education, and it needs to be calculated based on your grade transcripts (if you possess them).
This means that after reviewing your current school transcripts, if you have any, we can immediately determine the tuition fee, making the calculation process very simple.
IV. LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR PARTICIPANT ENROLLMENT
Upon enrollment, participants are required to submit:
- Diploma of completed previous secondary school;
- Transcripts of completed secondary school grades;
- Certificate of completed primary education / only for participants who have not completed secondary school;
- Birth certificate;
- Photocopy of identity card;
- Photocopy of driver’s license (only for motor vehicle drivers).
